Please read these Terms carefully before registering as a service provider.
These Provider Terms & Conditions govern the registration and use of the Maitri Home Service platform by service providers. By registering or using the platform as a service provider, you agree to these Terms.
Service providers must provide accurate and genuine information during registration. The provider must meet the applicable age, legal, professional, and service-related requirements for the services they intend to provide.
Providers may be required to submit their full name, mobile number, email, address, photograph, services offered, experience, skills, service area, availability, verification documents, and payment/bank details where required. All information must be accurate and up to date.
Registration does not automatically activate a provider account. Maitri Home Service may verify the information and documents submitted by the provider. A provider will not be considered an active service provider until the required verification and approval process is completed. Maitri Home Service may approve, reject, suspend, or block a provider based on applicable verification requirements.
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information and must update information if there is a change in mobile number, address, services, experience, service area, availability, or other relevant information.
Providers must only select services they are qualified, experienced, and capable of providing. A provider must not accept a service request that they cannot reasonably complete.
Providers may mark themselves as available or unavailable through the platform where this feature is provided. Providers should keep their availability information updated. Accepting a booking and repeatedly failing to provide the service may affect provider performance and account status.
A provider may receive booking requests based on service category, location, service area, availability, customer requirements, and platform matching criteria. The provider may accept or reject a request according to the platform's rules.
A service request may be sent to multiple eligible providers. Depending on the platform's assignment mechanism, the request may be allocated to the provider who accepts it first or according to the applicable matching system. Once a booking has been assigned to another provider, it may no longer be available to other providers.
Providers may receive customer information necessary to complete a booking. This information must only be used for the relevant service. Providers must not misuse, sell, copy, publish, or share customer information without authorization.
Customer address and location information may be provided to the service provider for completing the relevant booking. Providers must use this information responsibly and only for legitimate service purposes.
Before starting a service, the provider may be required to obtain an OTP from the customer. The provider must not ask customers for OTPs for any purpose other than authorized service verification.
Providers are expected to behave professionally, respect customer privacy, arrive within the applicable service window, provide the booked service professionally, follow safety requirements, avoid abusive or inappropriate behavior, maintain honesty in service status, and complete accepted bookings responsibly.
Providers must not provide false information, submit fake documents, misuse customer information, harass customers, engage in illegal activities, manipulate booking status, misuse promotional offers, attempt unauthorized payment arrangements, create multiple fraudulent accounts, share account credentials, or collect unauthorized charges from customers.
Provider earnings will be calculated according to the applicable pricing, commission, fees, taxes, and payment structure configured by Maitri Home Service. Applicable platform commission may be deducted before provider payout. The provider dashboard may display relevant earnings and completed booking information.
Providers should avoid unnecessary cancellation after accepting a booking. Repeated cancellations, refusal to complete accepted bookings, or other performance issues may result in warnings, reduced access, suspension, or account termination.
Customers may rate and review service providers after service completion. Providers must not manipulate, threaten, or pressure customers to provide a particular rating or review.
Maitri Home Service may suspend or terminate a provider account for reasons including failed verification, false information, fraud, customer complaints, misconduct, repeated cancellations, safety concerns, policy violations, unauthorized activities, or legal or regulatory concerns.
Providers are responsible for the professional services they provide and for complying with applicable laws, qualifications, licenses, permits, and safety requirements relevant to their services.
Maitri Home Service may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform.
